I have spent my career looking beneath the obvious: across roles, decisions, patterns, proof, and the systems that shape how work is seen.
Again and again, I watched capable people struggle to explain the value they had already created.
MUDDY grew from that gap. It is the work of making experience visible without flattening it, and helping people choose what comes next without asking them to become someone else.
I built MUDDY because good work is often harder to explain than it is to do.
The Work Behind the Work
My own career has never fit neatly inside one title.
My path has moved through workforce strategy, customer experience, operations, design, property management, retail, restaurants, and independent work. I know what it is like to have a career that makes complete sense from the inside and still looks scattered on paper.
Each chapter sharpened something I still use: how to read a system, notice what is missing, understand what people need, and turn complexity into something useful.
MUDDY brings those ways of seeing together. I approach career strategy with an analytical eye, respect for lived experience, and no interest in flattening someone into a title.
Both Can Be True
Career decisions are personal. The work of making them should still be rigorous.
I bring the same care to both sides: evidence, patterns, and screening realities on one; identity, ambition, and the life around the work on the other.
MUDDY does not ask you to choose between a story that feels true and one that works in the market. We build towards both.

I’m a workforce analyst by profession, a pattern finder by nature, and the person behind MUDDY.
My work has taught me to ask better questions, follow the evidence, and stay curious about what does not fit neatly inside the first explanation.
MUDDY is where I bring all of that together: close attention, honest thinking, and career strategy built around the whole of what someone has done.
