If these website terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls the client engagement.
No engagement begins until the required agreement has been signed and the applicable payment requirements have been completed.
Purchases and Payments
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
By completing a purchase, you represent that:
The information you provide is accurate
You are authorized to use the selected payment method
You authorize the applicable charges for the service selected
You have reviewed the description, price, and applicable policies before purchasing
Transactions are processed through third-party payment services connected to Squarespace. MUDDY does not directly control the processing time, authorization decisions, or technical operation of those payment services.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by MUDDY’s Cancellation & Refund Policy and, when applicable, the signed client agreement.
When the two address the same issue, the signed client agreement controls the individual engagement.
Career Outcomes
MUDDY provides strategy, positioning, materials, research, and guidance based on the information available during the engagement.
MUDDY does not guarantee:
Employment, interviews, offers, promotions, or compensation
Acceptance by a particular employer or platform
The continued availability of any job posting or opportunity
A specific response from recruiters, hiring teams, or automated screening systems
That third-party platforms will process, display, or evaluate materials in a particular way
Career decisions, applications, interviews, negotiations, and acceptance of employment remain the client’s responsibility.
Client Information
The quality and accuracy of MUDDY’s work depend on the information provided by the client. You are responsible for reviewing materials, identifying errors or omissions, and confirming that all representations made about your history, experience, credentials, and accomplishments are truthful and accurate.
You should not provide confidential employer information, trade secrets, protected personal information, or materials you do not have the right to share.
Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, including MUDDY’s name, visual identity, language, frameworks, methodology, graphics, written materials, and service structure, are owned by MUDDY or used with permission.
